Corporate Branding - Branding Process

Creating a custom branded product is made easy with this step by step description of the Branding Process. This page simply breaks down a few basic steps to help guide your idea into production. Please note that you or your company must have the legal rights to use trademarked or registered logos and artwork.

Branding Process - Step 1
Choose Your Product

The first thing you will need to do is select the product or products that you are interested in having customized. The “Products” link at the top of this page will direct you to the items that are currently available for purchase through Colorware. If we do not currently sell the product you are interested in, we offer a special prototyping option that may allow us to put this product into production.

Branding Process - Step 2
Contact A Representative

Specific corporate branding representatives are waiting to help you. As you may have many questions, contacting a representative is the best way to get your project started. Contact a Representative via live chat, telephone, or by email.

Branding Process - Step 3
Submit Design

After discussion with a representative, it will be important that we see your design layout. Typically, this layout is applied to a template that we send you for this very purpose. If you need help with this step, we do have a graphic design team that can aid in creating your design. Find out How

Branding Process - Step 4
Recieve Quote

Once the desired layout is submitted to your representative, they will send you a formal quote based off of the product cost and complexity of the artwork being applied

Branding Process - Step 5
Final Design Approval

After approving the quote and artwork, a signed copy of the quote along with a sales agreement will need to be either faxed or emailed to us. This tells us that everything is approved and that you would like to move forward with this project.

Branding Process - Step 6
Payment

Because Colorware offers a custom build to order service, we do require that full payment is made before production can start. Payments can be made using credit cards, direct bank transfers, or company checks. Once your payment is received, production begins immediately and the product will soon be in your hands.
